Arts and Culture Programme in Nepal
The Arts and Culture programme aims to invigorate Nepal's arts sector by partnering with three local cultural spaces focused on documentaries, music and photography. it promotes creative expression, professional growth, gender equality and social inclusion and community engagement, contributing to cultural development and an inclusive Nepali society. The programme aligns with SDC’s Thematic Guidance on Culture and Development, supporting independent, diverse and participatory cultural sectors.

UNTF to Eliminate Violence against Women - TF Violence against Women (New Strategy 2025-2028)
Core support amounting to in total 230 500 000 SEK per year for 2019-2025 is provided to UN Trust Fund to Eliminate Violence against Women (UNTF). The activities are aimed at; -Increasing access to support and service for women with violence; -Strengthening the development and implementation of laws and policies to prevent violence against women and girls -Strengthening the prevention of violence against women and girls through efforts to change social norms The UNTF works through three pillars; 1) Funding of interventions, 2) as a knowledge hub/evidence platform and 3) to increase global funding for action against violence against women and girls. Funding of operations is implemented through calls for NGOs and other players to apply for funding.

Promoting gender-equitable and inclusive socio-economic living conditions for disadvantaged families in the districts of Dhading and Kanchapur, Nepal.
The project aims to strengthen 800 families - especially women and children from 27 villages in the districts of Kanchanpur and Dhading - socio-economically through inclusive and gender-equitable integration, pre-vention and employment measures, to be more effectively protected against poverty and marginalization and to be better pre-pared for natural disasters through inclusive disaster risk reduction management. The project perursues an gender-inclusive approach in the components of womens business start-ups, employment and labor market integration, capacity building at village, school and farmers association level by means of equal self-empowerment and networking, as well as water - sanitation and hygiene (WASH), child protection/ education, disaster risk reduction and advocacy.
