The objective of this project is to contribute to the efforts of the Government of Nepal to manage cross-border mobility and apply evidence-based policy to better protect vulnerable migrants, including victims of trafficking. To achieve the objective, the project will carry out a mapping of migration flows at key border points with India and publish an analysis of the data with a specific focus on migrant vulnerabilities. The project will also review current policies to address cross-border migration and the measures and actions currently implemented on national, provincial and local levels in regard to irregular migration, assess their compatibility with international standards and best practices, and map out cross border migration trends. Additionally, the project will roll out IOM's Reintegration Handbook, train relevant stakeholders including migrant networks/groups and NGOs at local levels to provide sustainable reintegration services to vulnerable migrants.

Building on decades of USAIDs work procuring health commodities and strengthening supply chains, the Global Health Supply Chain-Procurement and Supply Management project is working to transform global and national supply chains for health commodities. The project integrates two former USAID programs into one efficient supply chain that serves many of the worlds most vulnerable and difficult-to-reach communities. The project is designed to meet todays critical global health challenges eliminating HIV and AIDS, providing universal malaria coverage, and helping women meet their family planning and reproductive health needs. By bringing together advanced technical solutions, a team of highly qualified experts, and proven commercial processes and principles, USAID Global Health Supply Chain works to reduce costs and increase efficiencies in global and national supply chains. In addition to optimizing supply chains, the project is strengthening national supply chain systems and fostering collaboration among supply chain stakeholders worldwide.

They have also been the main bulwarks against backsliding, which threatens participatory democracy, increases corruption, daunts economic growth, and opens opportunities for anti-American extremist ideologies. Africa Regional aims to strengthen the capabilities of indigenous African CSOs to become effective, accountable, and sustainable in their efforts to promote reforms. The CSO Sustainability Index (CSOSI) for Africa provides a set of clear metrics for CSO capacity and sustainability for use by Missions, Bureaus, and USAID's development partners. Africa Regional will contribute funding to this multi-year research effort managed by DCHA/DRG such that coverage continues for the Indexes.

ForumCiv's efforts to strengthen its platform for cooperation for both capacity development and advocacy work have good potential to contribute to strengthened cooperation between civil society actors. ForumCiv estimates that 300-400 organizations will have agreements with Swedish organizations within SPP. Over the years, ForumCiv has played a unique role within the CSO strategy through its strong and broad anchoring in Swedish civil society. The breadth of Sweden has enabled collaborations with a great diversity of civil society actors in low- and middle-income countries - including grassroots organizations. ForumCiv has contributed to strengthened capacity of rights holders and civil society organizations to demand their rights and there are good examples of their work influencing policies and legislation. An external evaluation from 2021 further confirms that Swedish organizations within SPP overall have a clear added value and contribute to the results achieved. Before the new program period, ForumCiv has developed a common and cohesive structure for all development cooperation. A range of new policies, working methods and tools will be launched with the new programme. Results follow-up, learning and integration of development perspectives are some areas where major changes will be implemented. Sida's overall assessment is that ForumCiv has systems in place to carry out operations, report on results, ensure good internal management and control, and has raised its ambitions in terms of performance management.
