The Agreement sets forth the terms and procedures for MFA’s support to GON for the School Sector Reform Plan (SSRP) (the Programme) as outlined in the Agreed Programme Summary in Annex I and further described in the Programme Document “School Sector Reform Plan” dated June 2009. The provisions of the JFA, including any amendments to the JFA adopted by the Parties, shall be complied with. In case of inconsistency between this Agreement and the JFA (as amended), this Agreement shall prevail.
