LiftUp 200 Dalit & Minority YoungStars
The new LiftUp YoungStars Initiative aims to "lift up" 200 of Nepal's most vulnerable youths. The Dalit and youth populations have been impoverished by natural disasters and suffered severe discrimination based on their social status. We hope to raise $5,000 to partner with local organizations that will provide skill-oriented vocational training for 100 Dalit YoungStars and public service preparatory classes for 100 more. This project will be managed and documented by the ICDR office in Nepal.
