Making Child Rights a Reality

The project will make child rights a reality in Nepal by strengthen the policies and contribute in the formulation of National Plan of Action on children. It will establish and strengthening Child Helplines in all 7 provinces. It will set up the first ever medical programme to focus on the mental health of children and adolescents in cooperation with Kanti Children’s Hospital in Kathmandu. Finally it will provide protection and empowerment for girls and vocational training for youth at risk.
