Collective Action for Disability Rights (CADiR)
The Atlas Alliance 2025-2029 program aims to support the rights and improve the lives of persons with disabilities in developing countries. Civil society strengthening, particularly partnership with local OPDs, is central to the program. Human rights advocacy towards national and local decision makers, and capacity building of persons with disabilities and their organisations to promote human rights and disability inclusion. Women and girls with disabilities experience discrimination and barriers when it comes to accessing education and employment opportunities, and they have an increased vulnerability to gender-based violence (GBV).The Atlas Alliance works to combat all types of discrimination, violence and harmful practices against women and girls with disabilities.
