Approximately 3,000 huts, cattle sheds and concrete houses were affected
following an accidental fire in Aurahi Village in the Sihara district of Nepal. In
turn this led to 1000 families being displaced. JOAC awarded Habitat for
Humanity GBP 30,000 for the provision of emergency shelter kits.
