Transforming the future - for and with children 2024-2028. Impact area 1: Government structures and mechanisms demonstrate greater responsibility and accountability in implementing child rights. The projects include initiatives to address gender-based violence and promote girls education, in addition to collaborations with local organizations focused on women’s and girls empowerments. It includes explicit gender equality objectives and indicators. It also includes initiatives to support the inclusion of children with disabilities in education, and collaborations with organizations focused on disability rights to promote the inclusion of persons with disabilities. The projects include measures to address climate resilience and environmental degradation and supports children and families in becoming resilient to climate impacts. This includes mobilizing children for advocacy campaigns on climate change and the development of community climate change mitigation plans. The projects address environmental degradation and includes sustainable practices. It includes specific measures to protect and enhance the environment.
