The project will be implemented in Nawalparasi district .The project will suport the rice mill get access to working capital, providing mentoring and helping set up good procurement system. By helping farmers get access to good quality input and extension services and working capital through the set up of cooperative shops, farmers will be able to increase productivity, sell paddy to their own mill at a fair price, and earn extra income from dividend once the mill makes a good profit.
