The project incorporates climate change and education. It aims to ensure 50 schools adopt and implement environmentally friendly local practices to combat climate crises. The project targets schools in Chitwan district, a low-lying plain area adjacent to the Chure hills. The schools-based education includes six components: waste management, water management, greenery promotion, energy usage, students' eco clubs, and innovation. The curriculum aims to encourage children to practise environmentally friendly lifestyles in schools, at home and within their communities.
