The project aims to improve awareness and understanding among the main stakeholders including staff, and users of health facilities, water and sanitation user groups, policy makers and civil society organisations on the main issues regarding delivery of Free Health Services (FHS), and free maternity health care to the poor and marginalised groups. The project will contribute to increasing capacity of civil society groups to enable them to advocate for, monitor and support the implementation of FHS, and water and sanitation policies so as to make sure that free health and watsan policies and programmes benefit the poor and marginalised groups.
