Five promising Nepali youths with physical disabilities aged between 24 and 28 years with untapped potential will develop self-confidence and skills and knowledge in the areas of their interest through an eleven month transformative experience. Partially through self-designed learning, they will gain new insights, including proficiency in English or in another language, undertake an apprenticeship in their preferred sector and carry out an individual project to explore and live their passion.
