ADD Advocacy in Nepal
It is a policy advocacy project which mainly aims to lobby with Government of Nepal to endorse and implement the National Alcohol Policy, amend Alcohol Act 2031 and Narcotics Drugs (Control) Act 2033. The project envisions that GoN, including provincial and local governments, strictly control and regulate alcohol imports, domestic alcohol industries, illicit home production, outlets and their branding and marketing by effectively implementing policy and acts.
