This project aims to raise awareness through the formation and promotion of the community user groups, mixed group of men and women, on binge drinking and its repercussion on family’s economic and psychosocial health and community’s peaceful environment. The intervention aims to capacitate women home based workers with skill-based training for their economic empowerment and enabling them to raise their voice against domestic violence and indiscriminate alcohol consumption by the male members in their family.
