Livelihood and Empowerment Project
LEP will continue its interventions and target to reach among 20,383 families directly in 41 village development committee of 6 districts; Udayapur, Makawanpur, Gorkha, Nawalparasi, Kapilbastu and Arghakhanchi. Besides, it will also contribute to the policy advocacy and campaign works around GROW/FCJ campaign in the country linking with community -based initiatives. During the year ,it will also undertake evaluation of one of partner organisations and document the learning from the project as part of knowledge management. The following intervention will be carried out by the project; 1. Empowering community and women 2. Integration of Disaster and climate change adaptation to reduce vulnerability 3. Building livelihood of the community more resilient 4. Institutionalization of community groups and cooperatives to sustain impact
