The Project’s expected effect(s) on society is reduction in the prevalence of agricultural bonded labour in Nepal (Impact). The expected effects for the target groups of the Project are threefold (Outcomes): Outcome 1: A united movement of agricultural bonded labour groups is formed and active at the national level. Outcome 2: The government changes policies to address agricultural bonded labour and provide support services for survivors. Outcome 3: Agricultural bonded labourers have greater resilience as a result of accessing government and NGO support services. The intended target groups are agricultural bonded labourers and survivors from marginalised ethnic groups in Nepal.
