CTrees is a U.S.-based science and technology 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has developed the first global system to monitor, report, and verify (MRV) carbon stocks and land-use activities for every ecosystem on land. Founded in 2022, CTrees was created by scientists to bridge the gap between science and technology innovation and the data needs of policy and markets. Today, our trusted, independent data is used by leading governments and organizations to measure the impact of programs and projects worldwide. For access to the full Above Ground Biomass data set, including global data from 2001 to 2025, email Janet Smith at jsmith@ctrees.org.

Using state-of-the-art probabilistic modelling, CLIMADA allows to estimate the expected economic damage as a measure of risk today, the incremental increase from economic growth and the further incremental increase due to climate change. The economics of climate adaptation methodology as implemented in CLIMADA provides decision makers with a fact base to understand the impact of weather and climate on their economies, including cost/benefit perspectives on specific risk reduction measures. The model is well suited to provide an open and independent view on physical risk, in line with e.g. the TCFD (Task Force for Climate-related Financial Disclosure), and underpins the Economics of Climate Adaptation (ECA) approach. As of today, CLIMADA provides global coverage of major climate-related extreme-weather hazards at high resolution via a data API, namely (i) tropical cyclones, (ii) river flood, (iii) agro drought and (iv) European winter storms, all at 4km spatial resolution - wildfire to be added soon. For all hazards, historic and probabilistic event sets exist, for some also under select climate forcing scenarios (RCPs) at distinct time horizons (e.g. 2040).

The Earth Observatory of Singapore - Remote Sensing Lab (EOS-RS) is a research lab at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. It uses satellite remote sensing, mainly synthetic aperture radar (SAR), to map natural hazards and disasters. The lab produces Damage Proxy Maps (DPMs) and Flood Proxy Maps (FPMs) showing where damage or flooding has likely occurred. Its work focuses on Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific, and it also responds to major disasters worldwide.

FEWS NET, the Famine Early Warning Systems Network, is a leading provider of early warning and analysis on acute food insecurity around the world. FEWS NET continues to resume their programming following a brief pause in operations in early 2025. HDX is collaborating with FEWS NET to restore data from their data warehouse as soon as possible.
