LLAF - DanChurchAid Nepal Unlocking Adaptation Finance
Under CARA LLAF FY 26/27, climate impacted municipality/ies have a functional Adaptation and Resilience Fund, which is managed by the local government/s, that leverages public-private finance, enabling women smallholder farmers, including vulnerable groups such as single women, persons with disability (PwD), Dalits, indigenous people, LGBQTI+ individuals and economically marginalised groups; and Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) to access blended finance and adopt digital solutions for locally led agroecology-based climate adaptation.
