Zurich Alliance partners, Mercy Corp (MC) have budget to pay for a Consultant to help with EWS Finance, Mirianna at pA is the EWS Thematic Lead. MCs finance and legal people advised it is not ideal for MC to hire the consultant directly, and then pA manage the relationship, deliverables etc. MC would assume the full risk if anything went wrong in the absence of a bilateral agreement with the alliance member. There will be a service contract between MC & pA.
