Providing lifesaving support to women and children (girls and boys) directly affected by floods in Nepal

The main objective of this project is to prevent malnutrition related morbidity and mortality among children, pregnant and lactating women in the most flood-affected districts in Nepal. With this CERF's allocation, WFP will purchase and distribute 300 MT of wheat soy blend for the benefit of 82,873 vulnerable people (66,487 children and 16,386 women).The project will last three months.
