Common results framework for the Leading from the South Programme. The LFS consortium has selected the following three WRGE basket indicators as the most applicable to the Leadership from the South II. These have been incorporated into the Outcome and Output Measurement Plans.OUTCOME INDICATOR 2.1 # of laws, policies and strategies blocked,adopted or improved to women’s voice, agency, leadershipand representative participation in decision making processes inpublic, private and civic sphereOUTCOME INDICATOR 2.2 # of times that CSOs (disaggregatedby women-led, youth-led or other and formal/informal) succeed increating space for CSO demands and positions on women’s voice,agency, leadership and representative participation in decisionmaking processes in public, private and civic sphere, throughagenda setting, influencing the debate and/or movement building.OUTPUT INDICATOR 5.2.1 # of organizations (disaggregated bywomen-led, youth-led or other and formal/informal) with strengthenedcapacity to advance women’s rights and gender equality.
