Improving Access to Quality Basic Education through ICT-integrated Classes- Improve the quality of education in the public education system through the use of ICT resources modern pedagogical teaching-learning techniques and integrated teaching methods. - Mobilize participation from stakeholders of communities to ensure improved quality of education of public schools. - Build capacities of public school teachers district level resources and central level planners policy makers and implementers within the Mi nistry of Education?s various line agencies. - Support the Ministry of Education in its effort to integrate ICT in education. - Design develop and distribute a comprehensive set of curriculum-based digital learning activities that help Nepali children ?lea rn learning?. - Build maintain and distribute a digital library consisting of education resources.Implementation of ICT-integrated child-centric teaching/learning method in 12 public schools using laptops shared by various classes, Capacity building of tea chers to use the digital learning activities to teach English Nepali Mathematics and Science to Classes 2 to 6 students, Capacity building of Resource Centers and District Education Offices on monitoring and support, and yearlong support to schools to make the program self sustainable.
