Risk Management Office (RMO) - Phase III
The project objective is to enable DFID Nepal programmes to work safely and effectively during Nepal’s volatile political and ongoing post-conflict transition by providing professional risk management support. The RMO has played an important role in assisting DFID and GIZ programmes and partners to operate safely and effectively in Nepal's difficult post-conflict environment. RMO's political updates collated from field helps to manage operational and delivery risks through extensive field network and their expertise in risk management. The RMO has been identified as a best practice in Internal Audit reports recognising this risk management practice as an innovative approach.
