Seeds of Change - Faith and Dev + Roots to Reslience
The intervention addresses the interconnected social, economic, and environmental vulnerabilities faced by marginalised groups in Baraha Taal Rural Municipality—including migrant households, Dalit communities, disaster-affected families, women, and minorities. The program strengthens adaptive capacity, promotes climate‑resilient livelihoods, and builds inclusive community systems to break cycles of exclusion, food insecurity, and climate risk. By enhancing disaster preparedness, diversifying incomes, and empowering community groups to challenge discriminatory norms, the initiative fosters long‑term resilience and social dignity. Faith and Development Integration: Complementing this work, the program engages faith communities and leaders as influential partners in driving positive social change. Through trust‑building, interfaith collaboration, and capacity development, faith actors will help reduce harmful practices and mobilise community-led resilience initiatives. Step by step, this integrated approach transforms vulnerability into resilience and supports sustainable, community-driven development.
