Addressing Concerns of Nepalese Dalit through Second Cycle of UPR. The project is to promote and protect human rights of Dalit in Nepal. The Specific Objective is to contribute for addressing the key human rights concerns of Dalit through second cycle of U niversal Periodic Review (UPR). The specific human rights issues and concerns of Dalit community discussed and documented through a participatory process with the involvement of more than 200 Dalit organizations representing all five development regions of Nepal. A report on the specific human rights issues and concerns of Dalit will be developed and submitted to UPR concerned committee of UN within third week of March 2015.
