BUILDING Energy Efficiency in Nepal (BEEN)

The action contributes achieving low-carbon and resource-efficiency by integrating EE and RE measures in design and construction of new buildings and in retrofitting of existing buildings as well as enhancing capacities of MSMEs engaged in the building sector to adopt processes and services that reduce carbon footprint and energy consumption of the buildings over its life cycle. The action supports realisation of SDG 12, and SDG 7, promoting the EUs Circular Economy Action Plan and Green Deal.
