Specific o bjectives: ?Increased commitment of local organizations networks and media on the protection and promotion of human rights especially focusing on women and children rights. Increased access of women and children to government agencies and service provision .Formation of VDC and district level women rights defenders groups and networks followed by their capacity building. Formation and mobilization of children clubs Prepare mobile Fact Finding Mission at district levels, prepare baseline information and disse mination on women and children right through press release media briefs and occasional reports. Increased access of women and children to government service provisions and monitoring of its quality and effectiveness through public hearing. Media Monitoring accompanied with the publication of news bulletin press release and case studies on human rights issue.
