Objective 2: Expand access to and coverage of quality, equitable and gender-sensitive HIV diagnosis, treatment and care; and STI diagnosis and treatment; through strengthening health and community systems. Objective 3: Scale up PMTCT by integrating and strengthening sexual and reproductive health services
