Participants will be selected based on the assessment report and in close coordination with local government. The specific needs of the highly vulnerable or socially excluded populations will be assessed through focus group discussion, data of the Initial Rapid Assessment (and detail assessment report will be used, coordination with the local government). Assistance packages will be specifically designed to accommodate the different needs or men, women, girls, and boys. Additionally, both Rural Reconstruction Nepal's(Implementing partner ) links to the target communities, and their expertise in supporting hard to reach areas, will help ensure that particularly vulnerable people of any gender, in addition to people with disabilities will have access to the support. Rural Reconstruction Nepal has demonstrated its capacity to deliver gender and age-sensitive assistance. The total targeted participants is 2000 Households.
