Cash Preparedness in Asia

The overall goal of the project is to : Enhance the Red Cross/Crescent’s cash-based engagement in disasters at both a national and regional level on behalf of the IFRC across the Asia Pacific Region. This joint initiative will achieve this by supporting the acceleration of each of the three participating National Society’s (Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar) own cash development competencies and effectiveness alongside enhancing the wider IFRC regional strategic positioning to support this process.
