Quality Education Programme in Solukhumbu, Nepal 2019-2024
Working with Himalayan Trust New Zealand to strengthen local education systems in the Everest region of Nepal, by providing teacher training, scholarships, improved school facilities and better coordination with local education authorities. Work is focussed in Solukhumbu District and delivered in partnership with the local Nepali organisation - Himalayan Trust Nepal. An external evaluation will be conducted as part of the programme monitoring.
