F.a: Sahas: Mountain Community development programme

The project aims to improve the livelihood and food security situation of marginalized, resource poor, dalits, women and people with disabilities living in remote area of four districts. The project builds the capacity of the community through institution al/grassroots organisation and socio-political development, agriculture and livelihood improvement, and community infrastructure development. Gender inclusion, people with disability, environment, climate change and disaster risk reduction (DRR) component s are included as cross-cutting theme. The project is implemented in current working area of Gorkha, Dhading, Tanahu and Mugu in 2018 and then from 2019 the project will be implemented in new areas of the Gorkha, Tanahu and Dhading.
