Improving participation in an inclusive, quality education for girls living in small, remote & marginalised communities of Cambodia and Nepal.

The key objective of the project is to provide approx. 14,000 girls in 211 remote qnd rural communities in Cambodia and Nepal with the opportunity to effectively participate in Primary Education. UWS will develop and train 1,452 teachers in gender responsive pedagogy, and equip them with the skills to deliver an inclusive, quality education. This will be supported by a range of interventions and advocacy which will tackle specific barriers to girls education at multiple levels and improve participation.
