Australia Awards in South Asia and Mongolia

This investment covers management and administrative services for the provision of Australia Awards Scholarships, Australia Awards short courses, Australian Professional Opportunities, on-award scholar engagement, alumni engagement, communications and enabling activities across South Asia and Mongolia (covering Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka). In line with the Australia Awards Global Strategy Framework, the investment seeks to achieve two key outcomes: a. Alumni are using their skills, knowledge and networks to contribute to sustainable development; and b. Alumni are contributing to cooperation between Australia and partner countries. Cross-cutting priorities include GEDSI considerations, and indigenous participation are mainstreamed in every aspect of the investment implementation.
