F.a: Strengthening the capacity of local deaf association within NDFN Network

The project is designed to strengthen the local deaf associations by providing leadership, organization development and resource mobilization training to deaf leaders in the community level. A group of expert deaf leaders will visit the 15 local deaf assoc iations and will conduct the training to groups of 7 to 10 deaf leaders. The trainings will be on leadership skills and accounting and financing skills so they can develop and manage budget allocated by government.
