Youth Leader Exchange Program in the partnership between Nepal Scouts and KFUM-Spejderne i Danmark
The exchange programme between NS and KS supports the ongoing partnership project, which focuses on ensuring long-term youth involvement in NS, based on the principle of youth teaching youth. The project pursues this goal by delivering local and provincial training for young scout leaders in key topics such as democratic values, mental health, and local changemaking. YLs in the exchange will act as cornerstones for reaching local groups, conducting trainings, and starting a domino effect whereby they teach others, driving continuous youth empowerment in both Nepal and Denmark and helping to break intergenerational barriers.
