Political Influencing - Nepal

PIN is a pilot study to take stock of UK foreign policy engagement and development programming support in Nepal with a specific focus on influence and how to systematically plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate influencing to achieve BEK’s foreign policy and development goals. This work will be the first of its kind in the region and as such will not only serve to inform work in Nepal but also across FCDO. The evidence produced in this review will be used by BEK delivery colleagues and requires Abt to provide longer term support to embed a process of planning, implementation action, monitoring, evaluation and learning of influencing within the British Embassy, Kathmandu (BEK).
