She Leads Nepal
She Leads is International Foundation for Electoral System ( IFES) women’s leadership training that builds the capacity of women to become leaders and advance their electoral and political knowledge through a unique multi-modular approach. The project is targeting to achieve the following outcomes: Outcome 1: Newly elected women engage effectively in political dialogue. Outcome 2: Family members, including men and community leaders, support and encourage women’s political participation. Outcome 3: Political parties support women's involvement in political discussions and dialogues at the local level. The total estimated value of this investment is $1.8 million to be expensed over 2 years, starting during the 2018-19 financial year.
