The project?s overall objective is to enhance the food security of 180 333 farming households and mitigate the effects of soaring food prices through the provision of improved quality seeds of staple crops (cereals), vegetables and pulses. br br In addition, it will seek to reinforce the capacity of MoAC, especially its extension services, of the Government of Nepal to improve its food security and nutrition monitoring capabilities.
