Optimizing Assessment for All

The Optimizing Assessment for All ("OAA") project is designed to support countries to improve the assessment, teaching, and learning of 21st century skills. This is a collaborative effort between the Network on Education Quality Monitoring in the Asia Pacific (NEQMAP) at UNESCO Bangkok and the Center of Universal Education ("CUE") at Brookings. The project will engage three countries in the Asia-Pacific region including Cambodia, Mongolia, and Nepal to develop understanding of the nature of 21st century skills in order to develop assessment approaches that are usable and interpretable by classroom teachers.
