In many societies in Indonesia the lack of understanding of and appreciation for freedom of religion or belief among citizens, civil society organisations and decisions-makers forms an obstacle to free, democratic and just societies. This project strives to increase the respect, protection and promotion of FoRB and to strengthen access to justice for victims of FoRB by empowering civil society actors and human rights defenders, nationally and in four selected regions of intervention.
