EnDev Evaluation 2025-2026 – Insights for Impact: Harvesting, evaluating and learning

The objective of this evaluation is, on the one hand, to generate learnings which contribute to the knowledge gained from previous evaluations. The aim is to complete the evaluation of the EnDev portfolio when it comes to effectiveness, relevance, coherence, sustainability and impact and to shed special light on the newest strategic priorities, and by doing so to close the gap between what was already concluded by previous studies and what was still not evaluated in depth. On the other hand, this evaluation will be forward-looking, assessing the EnDev instruments against the needs of the sector and build on these learnings to benefit the sector as a whole and for a potential future programme.
