Funding under this initiative provides support for the OECD Asia Pacific Senior Budget Official's Network for the Asia-Pacific Region, an on-going, regional initiative that brings together the budget directors and other senior officials from the region in an annual meeting to discuss common issues and interests. The objective of the network is to improve efficiency and effectiveness of public expenditures in the region, through building a broader perspective and promoting good governance. The total value of this initiative is $0.2 million to be expensed during the 2013-14 financial year.
