Nepal - SPRING Montoring and Evaluation
SPRING is a five year accelerator programme funded by DFID, Nike Foundation, and USAID, supporting business ventures to develop products and services which could transform the lives of adolescent girls. The products and services will aim to help girls keep safe, learn, earn and save, and experience wellbeing. The SPRING accelerator identifies ventures with products that can improve the lives of girls and provide finance, mentors and expertise in business growth, design, innovation and marketing to help drive their business models forward. SPRING M&E aims to fill gaps in the international knowledge base around what works (and what does not), and why, in promoting the economic empowerment of adolescent girls. Specifically, it will assess the effectiveness of the SPRING model in facilitating girls’ access to products and services through market-based solutions. SPRING M&E will therefore place a strong focus on both learning and accountability.
