The objective is to increase electricity delivery from renewable energy mini-grids in selected areas by mobilizing private energy service companies. About seven mini-grids of capacity from 100 kW to 1,000 kW will be supported.

To increase RE capacity and access to sustainable energy on a programmatic basis.

Support establishing multihazard information and early warning systems, upgrading the existing hydromet system and agricultural information management system, and enhancing capacity to improve decision making and planning

Implement watershed management plans in climate-vulnerable areas to increase accessibility and reliability of critical freshwater resources and enhance the productivity of water use by promoting efficiency measures and improved agricultural practices

Catalyze financing to climate proof selected vulnerable private infrastructure, (housing and hydropower), address key constraints to agricultural productivity, and facilitate public and private sector awareness, collaboration, and investment in climate resilience
