Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies (MoICS) is executing Agency of this projectand this project is implementing by various agencies including Department of Transport Management) under the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport is implementing for Component A3: Support to the Road Transport Regulatory Authority - strengthen and modernize the regulations of trucking services and road safety measures is seeking qualified and motivated Individual Consultant for “System Design and Software/Hardware requirements for GPS-Vehicle Tracking System” (NIRTTP/PCO/DOTM/ S/IND-77). Key Qualification: The consultant shall have minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering, or equivalent, He/she shall have minimum working experience of seven years in software development, system integration, use of GPS and wireless technology, Specific experience of design and successful implementation of real time tracking using GPS based system for a fleet of public transport vehicle and work experience in World Bank or other donor funded projects will be additional advantage.
