The Agricultural Environment Research Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Multi-Gas Analyzer (Monitor) and their Accessories at Agricultural Environment Research Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur under National Competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations. Bidding is opened to all eligible Bidders. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Agricultural Environment Research Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur telephone 01-5535981,5530625 and email address [email protected] or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document Nrs 3000/- in the following bank. Bids shall be opened in presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 Hrs. on 30th May, 2019 at the office of Nepal Agricultural Research Council, Sighdurbar Plaza, Kathmandu . Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of Rs 2,00,000/- (Two Lakh Only) , which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period [i.e. 120 Days].
