The consultant's services include the management support to the EVENT Secretariat to implement the project activities such as, but not limited to, financial management, procurement management, administration of short-term trainings, scholarship management, monitoring of project activities including others. More details on the services are provided in the terms of reference which may be obtained from the EVENT Secretariat or downloaded from www. event.gov.np. The EVENT Secretariat of the Project now invites eligible private consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. Information may be in the form Company Profiles, Annual Reports or other publications that describe similar assignments successfully undertaken, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staffs etc. The Consultants shall provide the list of projects of similar nature and complexity completed in last 10 years and other relevant information to substantiate firm's technical and management competence. Firms may associate to enhance their qualifications. Consultants shall be shortlisted based on technical competence, managerial competence and other qualification. A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the proceduresset out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers [January 2011] adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.
