Request for Bids for supply and delivery of Laptops, Printers, Camera and Projectors (Published date: 22 December 2019) RFB Reference No: NP-REDD-124386-GO-RFB The REDD Implementation Center has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the FCPF Grant and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Laptops’ Printers, Camera and Projectors. 2. The REDD Implementation Center now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply and delivery of , Laptops, Printers, Camera and Projectors through National competitive bidding procedures using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulations 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all National eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from REDD IC, and inspect the bidding document during office hours at REDD Implementation Center, Babarmahal, Kathmandu. 4. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs.3,000.00 in revenue A/C no. 1000200010000, office code 329013503, revenue heading 14229. 5. Bids must be delivered to REDD Implementation Center, Babarmahal on or before 1.00 PM of 21 January 2020. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at REDD Implementation Center on 21 January 2020 at 2.00 PM 6. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of Rs. 80,000.00 with a minimum validity of 120 days. 7.
