Bidding is open to all eligible bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (Revised September 2023). 2. Road Division, Dang invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Periodic Maintenance by Surface treatment of a) Birendra Chowk - Bijeneta ( NH09-033, km from 837.74 -857.74), length 20 km, b) Ramri (DB) -Shitalpati ( NH 55-005, km from 63.7 - 71.63), length 7.93 km total length 27.93 km under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: • Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the last 5 years: Rs 85,700,000.00 (85.7 million). 3. Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Participation as Prime contractor, joint venture member2management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least One (1) Road construction/Maintenance Contract within the last ten (10) years, with a value of at least NPR 34,300,000.00 (34.3 million) that have been successfully or are substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed works. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section VI, Works Requirements. 4.
